The draft Aged Care Bill 2024 brings big changes to how aged care is funded.
With a reduction of Government’s proportional spend on RAC services, and a much more demanding customer base, control will gradually transition to care recipients. Providers and bureaucrats will need to learn new ways of engagement with customer as the power shifts.
